Nathan Belcher

Set free by God from drug addiction, after going through a few rehab programs, he trained for this type of ministry for five years under Seed, Time & Harvest Birmingham Restoration Church Inc.  He was ordained as a pastor and launched out for the ministry in the Mobile AL area.

He has a driving passion to see people saved and set free from all forms of addiction and to help as many people as possible through the ministry of OneWay Restoration Ministries.

Jane Belcher

She met Pastor Nathan when they were both in the same rehab program. Being set free by God from drug addiction, she also trained for this type of ministry for five years under Seed, Time & Harvest Birmingham Restoration Church Inc. 

She was ordained as a pastor and launched out together with Pastor Nathan to start OneWay Restoration Ministries. She has a deep love and passion to see people set free from all forms of addiction and other life crisis situations.

Ben Traywick
 
Ben graduated from our nine-month residential program on August 9, 2022. After graduation, he continued serving with OneWay Restoration Ministries as a staff intern and officially joined the staff on January 1, 2023.

He has faithfully served as Ministry Overseer, demonstrating strong leadership, dedication, and a heart for restoration. As of December 31, 2025, Ben completed his pastoral training and was officially ordained as Associate Pastor of OneWay Restoration Ministries.

Natalie Hord​

Natalie entered the Restoration program on January 27, 2025, and successfully graduated on October 27, 2025. Following graduation, she stepped into our internship program with a clear desire to continue serving and grow into a full-time staff role.

​Her dedication, reliability, and organizational skills are a valuable asset to our team and to the mission of OneWay Restoration Ministries.​​​​

Preston Belcher
​
After much consideration, Preston accepted the role as the ministry website designer and administrator. His role is remote as he resides in Seymour, TN. Through communication with the leadership in Mobile, he works to improve the digital footprint that OneWay Restoration Ministries has in a digital age.
